For the purposes of these terms and conditions “us” and “our” and “we” refer to Peninsula Wild Flower and “you “and “your” refers to you the client, visitor, website user or person using our website.

We reserve the right to amend change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time.

Please check these terms regularly prior to using our website to ensure you are aware of any changes. We will attempt to highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible.

It is essential precondition to you using our website that you agree and accept that Peninsula Wild Flower is not responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website peninsulawildflower.com.au whether from errors or omissions in our documents or information, any goods or services we may offer or from any other use of the website. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we will not be liable.

It is your own responsibility to make sure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Wild Flower Deliveries

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure all goods delivered to secure premises will be received by the recipient, contact details for the recipient must be supplied, so alternatively we can contact the recipient to arrange an alternative delivery time.

Our delivery items listed on the Website are liable to change due to seasonal availability, we use where possibly locally sourced ethical blooms from our Boneo Flower Farm specific floral requirements must be agreed on with us before delivery.

Timed deliveries are not possible without confirmation from us, where possible we deliver the items the next day, where a specific day is requested please contact team Wild Flower to arrange, extra fees may apply.

Garden Pick Wedding Bouquet

We source the very best blooms from our Boneo Flower Farm for you on the day, there is NO flower or color choice just all that is blooming lovely for the day.

Garden Pick selection is delivered locally on the Peninsula (fees will apply) we reserve the right to deliver the day before the event Weather permitting.

Workshop Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for one year from purchase date and can be used for our Wild Flower Workshops at Bob’s Garden or The Green Olive at Red Hill, vouchers are non-refundable .The dates of workshops are published upon our websites and social media platforms, these dates are fixed and cannot be altered to suit the individual.

Hens Parties

Hens parties must be booked and paid for at least one month prior to the agreed date and location, extra fees may apply for location of event .Hens parties are not held upon Sundays, and the times of these events are  10am or 2pm on the agreed day. The duration of the event is approximately one hour, and we accept no responsibility for any injuries sustained during the event.

When the location is at a private address or location it is the hirers’ responsibility to provide a suitable location and work platform for the workshop. 

Using our own vehicles and work platforms incurs a 10% increase in the typical price, we will also remove any rubbish or debris from the workshop venue.

Weddings and Events

All quotes by Peninsula Wild Flower are valid for 30 days.  All Weddings require a 20% non-refundable deposit on confirmation, full payment is due two weeks before the wedding.

Where Items are hired the hirer is responsible for the return of all hired items, if we have to collect the items extra fees will apply, when items hired are broken or not returned they will be billed at the full retail price.

Peninsula Wild Flower retains the right to Photograph all arrangements upon installation for promotional material use on our website and social platforms.

Cancellations made within two weeks of the wedding date will result in the loss of the complete payable amount.


Any items purchased from us at markets are not guaranteed to live longer than normal and the longevity of each product varies with species and climatic conditions, as well as the care after sale.

We accept no responsibility for any damage of any person or product to do with the sale of our flowers.  

Arbour Hire

It is the clients’ responsibility to ensure suitable access to the venue for the installation of the arbour, that the site is suitable for installation and is on flat ground.

Extreme weather conditions do not grant a refund, where possible we will use the allocated flowers in a more suitable location. 

Farm collections and Farm Based Events

Any collections from the farm are at the visitor’s risk and Peninsula Wild Flower accepts no responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur to any persons or animals visiting the farm.

All farm-based events are at the visitor’s risk, we cannot guarantee the safety of persons or animals upon the farm for these meetings or events.


Dates and times are published on our website and social platforms, to book a private workshop please contact team WildFlower direct, extra fees may apply, our minimum class number is 5 where numbers fall below this we will reschedule the date, you will be offered another place at a future workshop, workshops are non-refundable.

To book a private workshop we require a 50% deposit with the balance to be paid one month beforehand.

Where you have a specific dietary requirement we need to know at the time of booking, we are not responsible for any injuries sustained at workshops.


Peninsula Wild Flower handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection Legislation.

Products on this website are perishable, natural items and our flowers’ life span is dependent on species, resulting in some flower varieties living longer than others. Flowers are a product of nature, availability is dependent on season, therefore not all goods produced are as pictured on peninsulawildflower.com.au, by accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be discrepancies between images and produced goods.

Peninsula Wild Flower must be notified within 24 hours of all refunds and returns, Peninsula Wild Flower will not accept returns based on change of mind or design.
